About Lucy

Lucy Williams, founder of YellowRise, is a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Specialist committed to empowering children and families. With a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and a Diploma of Community Services (Children Services) , Lucy has spent many years working as an early childhood teacher and service manager in community kindergartens. Her career is marked by a dedication to nurturing children’s autonomy through child-initiated learning experiences that strengthen essential skills and prepare them for future success.
